These terms explain use of the Spencers Vision Films website and customer portal. A photography or film booking is governed by the separate proposal and agreement provided for that project.

Enquiries and bookings.
An enquiry is a request to discuss availability and services. It does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Coverage, price, payment arrangements, deliverables, cancellation and delivery timings are set out in your individual booking agreement.
Images, films and permissions.
Do not copy, redistribute or commercially use website photographs, films or text without the relevant permission. Your rights to use delivered work are explained in your booking agreement. Some service and advice pages use illustrative stock photography; published client stories are identified separately.
Customer accounts and downloads.
Use your own assigned account and keep its password secure. Do not attempt to access another customer’s work or interfere with the service. Download and keep your own backup of delivered files. The current portal has no automatic delivery expiry, but it is not a replacement for your own archive; contact us about access or download problems.
Information and availability.
Website articles provide general planning information. Confirm venue permissions, project requirements and arrangements with the relevant people before relying on them for your event or shoot. We may update the website or interrupt access for maintenance and security. Nothing in these website terms removes your statutory rights or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.
