Spencers Vision Films · Wombourne
Your privacy.
Spencer Smith, trading as Spencers Vision Films, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. You can also write to 24 Battlefield Hill, Wombourne.
This notice covers this website, enquiries and private customer accounts. Please share only information needed for your enquiry or project; avoid including sensitive information in the contact form unless we have discussed a suitable way to provide it.
Information and purposes.
Enquiries contain your name, email, message and any optional phone, budget, wedding or business details you provide. We use these to answer you and discuss a possible booking. Customer accounts also hold access and project-delivery information. Photographs and films may identify the people shown. Technical records support sign-in, security and fault investigation.
Why we use it.
We use enquiry and booking information to take steps you request before a contract and to provide agreed services. Protecting accounts, preventing misuse and administering the business are legitimate interests. Where a legal requirement applies, we process relevant records to meet it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us; this does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
Service providers and disclosure.
Hosting, website security and email services process information needed to operate the website and respond to you. The website uses IONOS hosting and Cloudflare for traffic delivery and protection. The services involved may process data in countries outside the UK; ask us for details of the providers and applicable safeguards for your information. We may also disclose information where required by law or to deal with a legal claim.
Keeping information.
We retain information for the purpose for which it is needed, taking account of ongoing enquiries, bookings, delivery, legal obligations and disputes. Private delivery files have no automatic expiry in the current portal, so contact us if you want to discuss removal or continued access. Account or file deletion may not immediately remove copies retained in backups or records needed for legal reasons. We consider deletion requests individually.
Your choices and rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy. Email [email protected] to make a request; we may need to verify your identity. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies and private access.
The application uses session and security cookies to support forms, sign-in and protection against misuse. Hosting and security services may also use necessary cookies. This application does not include advertising trackers. Keep your account credentials private and download your own backup of delivered files. Access to a customer project is restricted to assigned accounts.
Public portfolio and updates.
Customer delivery and public portfolio publication are separate. If you have a question about an image or film appearing on the website, contact us with the page address. We update this notice when the website or the way information is used changes.
