Wedding Advice
Wedding photography, film or both?
Stills and moving images preserve different parts of a wedding. Choose by thinking about how you want to revisit your day.

Photographs can live in an album, on a wall or in the small collection you keep returning to on your phone. Film adds voices, music, movement and the rhythm of an event. Neither choice needs to follow a trend: start with what you and the people closest to you value.
Think beyond the highlight moment.
Consider whether hearing the vows or speeches will matter to you, whether you love printed photographs, and which parts of the celebration you want covered. Explain those priorities before comparing proposals.
Compare the actual deliverables.
Coverage hours alone do not describe the finished work. Ask what is delivered, which parts of the ceremony or speeches are included in a film, what editing is provided and how you will receive the files. Get the answers in the written proposal.
Plan a combined team together.
If you choose both, discuss how photography and film will share the schedule and space. Tell the venue and any other suppliers about the plan, and confirm ceremony rules and audio arrangements ahead of time.
Keep the decision yours.
A thoughtful choice is one that fits your priorities and budget. Tell us your date, venue and what matters most, and we can discuss photography, film or a combined proposal.
